While the hotel was just fine for the price and convenient location, it was not what I expected at all. First of all the front desk clerk, Steve was extremely rude every time we needed to ask a question or even at check-in. I overheard another employee stating how rude he was to him also. Our TV kept shutting off and maintenance could not fix it. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, it was thankfully a false alarm but yet nobody could tell me what happened. Our TV kept showing amounts of money in the upper right hand corner accumulating every few seconds, very annoying. I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the area as one of your local competitors offers just about the same quality as your establishment except I can get a first floor room (handicap) and every room had a fridge. The appearance and the size of TV compared to competitors. The guy from front desk is extremely rude. TV kept shutting off. Tranquil, country-like setting, close proximity to Logan Airport. Breakfast not included as I thought was the case at all Holiday Inns, nonetheless, everything else was so fine I can't complain.
