The pool was closed during my entire stay. It was one of the main reasons we picked the hotel - and then when I checked in I found it was closed due to some filter and health department inspection problems. Reasons/excuses or whatever, I still could not use the indoor pool. I found out the hot tub has been closed for a long time also due to inspection problems. They need to get their act together on the pool situation. I was very unhappy not to be able to swim. A daytime clerk was extremely helpful in finding stores and restaurants. She was also very nice. Desk clerks full of great information on stores, restaurants and local attractions. The promised indoor pool was closed all week due to filter and inspection problems. customer rating 4 out of 5 Friendly, efficient staff; clean rooms.
