Ongoing issues with no hot water, daily, room was not fully cleaned from a previous guest - thick layer of dust and garbage left behind. Ridiculous to charge for parking in the suburbs. Hotel is pet friendly, which made it seem like a veritable kennel with barking dogs in lobby and hallways. Front desk supervisor Ellie was fantastic. Parking fees, Internet fees, expensive restaurants on site. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Comfortable, clean, convenient. I do not like the $10 overnight parking fee which is not included in the reservation price. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Under renovation. Room was up a flight of stairs, no elevator. Parking was $10 a day and was poorly lit, did not feel safe. Internet in room $12.95 per day. Would not stay here again. I never write negative reviews but felt compelled to do so after my stay. Room was clean. Parking was expensive and did not feel safe at night.
