Bad plumbing (ie loud shaking pipes) woke me up, the bed had a plastic liner, the wifi did not work, and the neighborhood is not one of Holyoke's best. It was cheap and close to a highway. It was dumpy and in a bad neighborhood. And the plumbing is horrible. customer rating 2 out of 5 Breakfast was not set up 30 min after it was listed to be ready. customer rating 4 out of 5 This was adequate for us. The important things were fine. Clean room clean bedding, clean bathroom, sufficient heat and excellent location. The only staff member we encountered had no personality at all! Might has well have been a robot. Security doors no Location was excellent, price was okay. Not very friendly, hallways dirty, security doors not locked as they should be, world's worst breakfast.
