After we arrived from a day of traveling, we were approached by the front desk. The front desk man told us that our room was not the king-size bed we requested, but instead a pull-out sofa. A pull-out sofa for $315, I'm sorry, I might as well of driven to a Holiday Inn. I wasn't in the mood to tell him I was disappointed, but I think it's very poor service to wait until the party shows up to tell them this news. They didn't offer us any type of discount on the room or anything. horrible stay and will not be going back. Location customer rating 3 out of 5 It is a beautiful hotel. It has a great location and the rooms are comfortable We were victims of St. Patrick's Day merriment. Some guests staying at hotel were out of control customer rating 5 out of 5 5 star for me.
