The suites were nice, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. I didn't like that there was no parking garage, but instead a small parking lot next to the hotel. I wouldn't have minded if the hotel was in a nicer area. My car was fine, but I probably wouldn't have trusted it there for too long. The room was great: very clean and comfortable. I liked the microwave in the room and the small fridge. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I think the funniest thing was the pizza vending machine in the lobby.
I also loved their free shuttle service, free parking, free WiFi, and complimentary breakfast. This hotel really makes an effort to make its guests happy and not try to bleed them dry with charging so much extra for little services like the ones listed here just to rack up the bill. Everyone was very customer-service-oriented and friendly. When I arrived, we were given a room with one. The staff was very helpful in switching us over to a room with two beds, but they were two queen-sized beds, which was not what I booked for. The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly! I booked a 2-bed King suite but they gave me a 1-bed suite & changed to a 2-bed Queen suite. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great value for the Boston area and convenient parking. customer rating 4 out of 5 Room was clean and staff was friendly however we wanted to use the shuttle service and weren't informed of it's arrival which made us late for our event.
