AC did not work - room was like an oven. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel is not very easy to get to and it doesn't feel overly clean. customer rating 3 out of 5 Staff was friendly and helpful, and driver contracted with hotel was extremely knowledgeable of area (although driving service was not complimentary, it was convenient since we did not have to wait for a taxi to arrive). Shampoo, soap and body lotion was provided in the bathroom of the room, however, there was no hair conditioner provided. I called to request conditioner after seeing a sign indicating that guests should feel free to call the front desk if any toiletries were needed, as the hotel had most toiletries available for the guests' convenience, however, they brought me more shampoo and lotion. Upon asking the cleaning lady whether they had conditioner, she informed me that they only had shampoo and body lotion available. Provided a convenient car service (not complimentary). They did not have hair conditioner available, even upon request.
