On the balcony outside my door (down about 1 or 2 rooms), some very noisy people continued shouting at each other until about midnight. I called the front desk. The room underneath had also called to complain, and the desk clerk said the police were on their way. After things finally quieted down, I fell asleep about 1:30 a.m. Probably won't stay there again. It is conveniently located near the "Shady Grove" terminus of the Metro. Loud drunks out on the balcony outside my room had to be suppressed. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Location was convenience, close to I-270 and shuttle (limited) to Shady Grove metro station. Coffee in the lobby. No breakfast, Internet in my room was very slow and unstable. Bed was not as comfortable. Room is small but clean. TV channels were limited. Location was convenient. Very basic hotel room, and nothing extra.
