The door handle of the bathroom was broken. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The Sheraton in Columbia is a terrific value for the price. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious with many featuring very attractive views of the lake. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the hotel and hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel offers a nice exercise room and an outdoor pool as well as an attractive lobby with bar and business center. Hotel rooms are very spacious and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Terrific setting overlooking lake. Often business meetings offering buffets block your access to hallways when trying to access your room. customer rating 5 out of 5 I was pleasantly surprised to see how much better the Sheraton looked than when I last stayed there several years ago when it was badly in need of a makeover. The hotel and rooms have all been redecorated and it is a pleasure to stay there now. Great location, however, no need to ever leave the hotel. Nicely redecorated & comfortable bed.
