Put us in the most basic room they had. We use the negotiator every time we travel and have never been disappointed with the room but we got a deal so it wasn't an issue and all we really needed was a bed. However the second night we were there, my sister made a surprise trip to join my girlfriend and I. We had a single king in our small room, so I asked the front desk lady, if we could possible make some parallel move or upgrade so we could be more comfortable. Would have been willing to pay for whatever. She was very nice and politely told me that they were booked and couldn't move me, but she said that a cot could be brought up free of charge. Awesome! I was happy, except the cot never came. So I went down later that night and asked for the cot that was promised. That guy was not as nice. It was almost like we were the inconvenience. customer rating 1 out of 5 Comfortable bed. Long check-in line, air conditioning broken in room, loud construction outside window in the morning. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Conveniently located, only a short walk to the Inner Harbour. Would stay there again. Short walk to Inner Harbour. Cheer leading convention overtook hotel - extremely loud into early hours of morning, notice would have been nice.
