Running toilet, lousy quality Movie on Demand reception. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel met and exceeded our needs, check in was the fastest I have ever had which was greatbecause we were running late meeting friends the gentleman who helped us was so nice. Our dog was more than happy having a chase lounge low enough for her to jump up on since she is small. It was quiet and close to a grass patch for the dog. It was a bit farther from Fell's point than we wanted to be, but still within walking distance. I loved the decor of the room it was beautiful and clean. The door man got us a cab in seconds. I will be staying here again! OMG, the mattress was unbelievably comfortable, I can't remember the last time I slept so well! GREAT HOTEL! I slept so well, mattress was amazing!
