Minus the fact that I feel, I was taken on parking and I expected the computers in the business center to be a free amenity but they were not. Good location, shows well, and very clean. Wasn't told self parking would cost $23 for the night. Also business center computer were not a free amenity instead they were pay as you go. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel is modern, clean and great if you are attending a convention or a baseball game. Service was really good - rooms comfortable, clean and quiet - would have liked to have free parking although just being able to park at the hotel was a plus. Cleanliness and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Restaurant could have been better- limited menu and actually in the convention center- great service though. customer rating 4 out of 5 Parking attendant was very apologetic, accommodating, and helpful with our vandalism incident. Unsecured parking and our car window was broken.
