The carpets, chairs and surroundings were very dated and spotted. Not to mean not clean as far as the workers are not cleaning up but spots that are set in the cloth. The colors look like they belong in the 60's or 70's not 2012. I was very disappointed. Location was close to where we needed to be. Employees were very helpful. Old, dated, dirty chairs and carpets. customer rating 5 out of 5 If you're passing through the area and need a decent place to rest your head, this hotel is a good choice. The room was clean, water was hot, bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. We woke up to a very simple complimentary continental breakfast including fresh DIY waffles, bagels, muffins, coffee, cereal and juice. Great location. customer rating 4 out of 5 I have stayed in this Best Western before. It is a nice room, but just a common hotel room. Nothing special about it. It was convenient to our trip route.
