Customer Reviews for Sheraton New Orleans Hotel New Orleanscustomer rating 2.5 out of 5 Overall, I was disappointed. I expected a lot more out of a supposedly 4 star hotel. The charges for parking and internet were outrageous. Their claims of a rooftop pool were very misleading; the very small pool was outside on the 8th floor of a nearly 50-floor building-hardly rooftop. Also, there was supposed to be an amazing spa and fitness center. Only when I arrived did I learn that it was undergoing renovations and the temporary fitness center was subpar. Location and Starbucks' being inside it. Charges for parking and internet, the fact thatI was not told it was under construction. customer rating 4 out of 5 Friendly staff. The rooms were rather noisy as you could hear the neighbors and the people in the hallways. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Met needs just fine. Great location nice amenities. Took 45 minutes to get car attended to by parking staff.
