So called continental breakfast was lemon poppy muffins and cubes of cheese - gross! Front desk was rude and refused to give us enough room keys. Good location. Horrible service. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel is horrible. I will never book another hotel with them. They are deceitful liars and do not care about the customers. Nothing I did not like anything about this hotel. They are liars customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Close to Museum district and trolley cars. Also close to waterfront and start of Bourbon St on Canal Street. Price was good for a quick trip to New Orleans. When I tried adding a 2nd night couldn't get the same rate.
