Customer Reviews for Days Inn Monroe Monroecustomer rating 0.5 out of 5 As a previous guest, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! The manager was very unprofessional and uncaring about an error created by her staff. The front-desk clerks were nice and tried to help in the matter but was unsure of how to correct this error and therefore contacted the manager-Sandy. Sandy did not try to satisfy the guest by correcting the error to ensure the guest had a pleasant stay and basically stated there was nothing she could do about the duplicate charges at that moment because she was out of town. When questioning the front desk clerk about continental breakfast upon arriving, the front desk clerk states, Yes, we provide continental breakfast, but I wouldn't eat it because we just re-use whatever is not touched the next day for breakfast until it's all gone and that's nasty. I'm just being honest. So as you can see, this hotel is not the best option when visiting Monroe, La. My suggestion is that you avoid this hotel at all cost. I would hate for anyone to have to experience what I did! There was not one thing that I can say that I enjoyed while staying at this hotel! I have always had very friendly service there. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I like the friendliness of the hotel staff and the ease of check in and out.
