Everyone was very kind and outgoing. The staff helped any way they could and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle was a great extra bonus! The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The pool was a lap-pool only, which disappointed my kids, but we had plenty of other things to do in the city. I also really appreciated the free parking, which is hard to come by in New Orleans proper. The rooms were nice--modern, clean and spacious.
