We got a Queen Suite and it was very nice with lots of room. Bathroom a bit small, but clean with plenty of towels. Clean sheets on beds that were comfortable and nicely made up everyday by housekeeping. Had appetizers one night in the restaurant and they were good. Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful! Parking. customer rating 3 out of 5 Would stay again only for business stays, but decent place if going to have own car and can drive to New Orleans city activities or tours. Having a car, was convenient to the city of New Orleans and other out of city tours. Few parking spaces, but I had no problems. No activities in local vicinity within walking distance. Very old appearance to hallways and rooms. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 There were insufficient electrical outlets and they were in inaccessible places, the bathroom especially smelled of mildew, the electrical socket in the bathroom where I tried to plug in an electrical deodorizer did not work, one of the tiles in the bathroom had come loose; not just loose; it was completely out of place. The number of towels was different each day; we had to go to the pool area to get enough. Free parking and wifi. Erratically working electrical outlets, strong mildew smell.
