We had to sleep in smoking rooms which I had set up previously to not be in which was not very friendly by staff members at hotel at check in. Poor access to hotel customer rating 4 out of 5 The room was nice, the hotel staff was kind and helpful. The toilet didn't flush completely i had to hold the button down till it flushed, sometimes doing that didn't help most of the time. customer rating 4 out of 5 I usually stay here when traveling to New Orleans. On this trip, the hallway carpets smelled musty. Some front desk staff have attitude; others are great. 4 pm check-in.
