The front desk help is very friendly and courteous. Friendly, courteous staff. The only negatives were fatty bacon for breakfast and a slippery bathtub (no mat)! customer rating 4 out of 5 This hotel was clean and smelled good. I was pleased with the room. The air conditioner worked well also! The hotel was clean, and I loved how it was smoke free! I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband did. He said it was poorly managed and wasn't very good. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Other than having no hot water for showers in the morning the hotel met all our expectations. Convenience, location. Everyday for a week there was no hot water for showers. Staff blamed it on the hot tub down the hall....really?
