The staff acted like we were a bother and did not clean our room after we requested it, as well as clean towels. There were people fighting and yelling in next room and I didn't feel safe in our room. We were located right The breakfast was pretty good. Rude staff, location of our room, loud people yelling and screaming and fighting in middle of night. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Typical good quality Best Western facility. He carefully & completely explained the amenities of the Motel & our room location. Our room was very clean & we felt very safe &# Safe, secure, clean, quiet, convenient, polite professional staff, and fair price.
