Run down poor price value vs trough the hotel's pricing and the overall quality period. customer rating 5 out of 5 My visit in Covington was great it is pleasant place surrounded by plenty of restaurants and the Best Western Inn staff and hotel was very nice. I did not know where the ice machine or vending machines were located in the hotel. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 I would rate the hotel at 2 stars only. The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the area. I am from the area and there are several newer hotels in the area. The hotel has outside entrances which you need to know if you are traveling alone. Very friendly staff. Outside entrance and the hotel is dated.
