Room was not cleaned at all during stay and we had to go to get clean towels ourselves. Free breakfast. Room was not cleaned at all for 3 days. customer rating 3.9 out of 5 Our room was clean, the staff exceeded our expectations and everyone was terrifically satisfied! Manager upgraded us to a suite, as my young daughter was disappointed that there was not an indoor pool. Excellent service! Nothing.
