Customer Reviews for Best Western Country Squire Winchestercustomer rating 2.5 out of 5 Non smoking means don't smoke in the room. This was clearly not the case in room 119. Had we been staying longer we would have been asking for refunds or a new room, which was probably not available based on the fullness of the parking lot. The breakfast in the AM is good, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. Best Western needs to get a complete handle on the smoking though. If you are allergic this is a major issue. Off the highway making road noise a non issue. Room definitely smoked in.
