This hotel has had a known problem with their internet availability and appears not to be able or willing to rectify the situation. All the friendliness in the world doesn't replace that lack of promised services. Great location. In need of upgrading. Staff was friendly. The internet did not connect. Every time someone came in or out that door our door to our room shook on its hinges! There was quite a bit of noise. Heard from other rooms, showers, toilet flushes, etc. we missed having a continental breakfast. Location - near shopping and restaurants. Poor upkeep.
