(for a new hotel). Location is pretty good. Elevator is extremely slow - staff was not very willing to help fix problems. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Restaurant was convenient but way too pricey for what was served - food was good but just too much. Some items in room showed signs of wear and should have been replaced. Good value, just had a better experience than previous Holiday Inns. Price and location. Not as clean as expected.
