I had two keys on two different times that did not work once I got to my room. When opened our door on New Year's day night our room had not been touched by housekeeping, bed not made, and towels still in floor. When we asked front desk what was going on, they informe Location to the state fairgrounds. They did not provide any housekeeping on new year's day.
