I even mistakenly reserving a smoking room (which cannot be changed/canceled) but was given one with no trouble. Great price; nice room. Shady area. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Overall cleanliness and appearance, friendliness of housekeeping staff. The vehicle access and exit was dangerous because of the traffic pattern. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Workers were nice, was able to check in after 8am instead of 2pm so was able to get a few hrs sleep before going to the Fort Knox graduation ceremony. We had ridden a train to Indianapolis then driven to Louisville for the Fort Knox graduation so had very Big comfortable bed, and easy to get to room. The only entrance to the hotel was on a very busy street.
