Very poor maintenance on the shower, was very difficult to turn off the tap and hot water dripping slowly. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Tried to be accommodating taking my ice packs in their college size refrigerator for a diabetic person since no refrigerator in room. Bed hard, breakfast poor, toilets not up to par, maintenance staff not knowledgeable how to fix plumbing problem. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 It was adequate. The staff was helpful.
