We got there at 2:30, and the room wasn't ready (beds weren't made). Finally about 4:30 the beds were made. We walked in the room and it really stunk with stains all over the room. We immediately had to go get 2 bottles of Febreeze. We informed the person at the desk and they said it was all they had on check-out, they was at our rm at 8:00 am to start getting us out..The other room we got 4 mom and dad, they are 75 years old and they asked for a couple pillows and were told no, 2 flat pillows was the limit i guess. Well, I could go on but I'm sure you get the point - oh yes,they claimed 4 ice machines, but the only one that worked was the furthest away. Pet friendly, and the pool was kept up and clean.
