Never stayed at a RRI before, and will not again. This was a cheap hotel Easy check in process. Very spartan hotel. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Will not be staying there again. Gave us smaller beds that we reserved, which were like sleeping on bricks. Room was supposed to be a smoke free room, it wasn't. (allergies) We were charged for a safe, we didn't request or use. Just a bad experience. It was close to where we needed to be. I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned and dusted around the TV. My dog got under the bed and pulled out a burnt out light bulb along with a few pieces of garbage.
