The hotel was conveniently located and we received a warm and friendly greeting from the staff. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was comfy. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I recommend Holiday Inn Florence - the rooms were extremely comfortable and nicely furnished (updated from last Holiday Inn I stayed in). Appointments made the stay. I did not originally think that Holiday Inn was an upscale hotel - many show wear - this was different - newer! Fitness center had broken equipment. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Rooms and location are very nice. Service was terrible. It's very nice on the inside, but give it a few months with current staff and it will be garbage. They are very understaffed, spoke with the owner and instead of accepting blame it was everyone else's fault.
