Staff were superb and accommodating. Staff were great. Smoking floor = smell. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 its location in relation to our itinerary. It was cold. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 We got out room and left to go to dinner when we returned our key cards did not work so we went to the front desk and the lady told us that we were locked out because we did not pay !!! We payed for this room about a month in advance. I had the confirmation and everything. She said that if we wanted to stay there that we would have to pay for the room after 3 hours of our things being held hostage in the room they finally got the problem resolved and told us that we could stay there that the room was payed for. It wreaked our entire night and trip. Priceline never made an effort to make things better and neither did the hotel. Hotel Staff was rude. They locked us out of our room and would not allow us to get our things.
