It was as nice as any that I have stayed at this year.Most of which were rated higher than this one. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was better than I expected. No! customer rating 3 out of 5 The guests in theroom above mine must have been either moving furniture, or doing calisthenics. It was very noisy above me, especially in the early morning. Also, people were constantly slamming doors, instead of just closing them normally. I guess my complaint was more about noisy guests, than the staff. close to HTS airport customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Don't stay there.... This place was old nasty and the staff sucked. All of it...
