Customer Reviews for Best Western General Nelson Bardstowncustomer rating 1.5 out of 5 This hotel is incredibly basic -- clean beds, basic bathroom, working TV, etc. However, I would look into staying elsewhere in the future simply to look for a slightly nicer setting, even if it meant paying a bit more. The desk staff was nice. There were no comforters on the hotel beds (only a faux comforter/strip of fabric meant to look like one); surfaces in room dirty; not updated. customer rating 4 out of 5 Coffee pot is appreciated along with microwave and refrigerator. We just needed a room for a good night sleep. The price was good for our needs. customer rating 5 out of 5 We were looking for a budget motel in the area, and this was just what we needed. Clean, functional, friendly service, great location - close to everything. We needed an extra blanket.....we had it in seconds delivered to our door.
