We could have slept in the car. The hall had a Smokey smell. All of was dark and gave us the feeling of not being clean. There were ice machines on both floors however I would not have used it to make a drink. Convenient location. Smoke filled hallways, the staff did not answer when we rung the buzzer to check in, I had to call him from my cell phone, dark and dirty appearance. customer rating 5 out of 5 Was greeted friendly and i felt very safe and comfortable. I will stay at this motel again. Staff very y polite and granted simple request right away. Nothing customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The staff was friendly and kind. I think the guy could have given me more than one coffee, but I guess I could have asked for more. The staff was very friendly with my 11 year old grandson, offered him treats from the football gathering in lobby. No microwave/refrigerator in room. When I requested coffee,<BR/>I gave them 2 pack of decaf, rec, only 1 reg. really like coffee.
