The exercise bike was in disrepair. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel location was great since we were there to see one friend at the Intrust Arena. The hotel was fine. They didn't have any info on Wichita tho in the lobby. We like the shuttle service to the concert at Intrust. The computers were slow. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The bed was comfortable and the hotel personnel were very accommodating. The hotel needs to be refreshed. Convenient location. I was lucky they could switch me to a non-smoking room. The whole 'smoking floor' smelled terrible. The carpet in both rooms that I saw was very stained.
