Double chargednow in dispute. customer rating 4 out of 5 Very easy to find, gas stations close, was only about 2 miles to find places to eat, wide variety of those. Overall, good motel for the money and a little above average for what I would expect from Best Western Hotels anymore. Was convenient to get to, gas station less than a block away. Not any restaurants close by. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 We were disappointed - quality was no better than an economy motel. Room was noisy. Crying child next door kept us awake. Minimal soaps and shampoo, small towels. TV was old. No elevator to second floor rooms. Worst of all, there was a strange odor from outside that permeated the room. Opening window and running fan did no good. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and the room was clean. The staff did respond to our complaint of the noisy neighboring room. Breakfast was good.
