As I stated before, the room didn't appear to have been cleaned before we arrived. They even asked the cleaning staff via walkie-talkie when we arrived if it was ready, and they said yes. We got to a room with towels still in the bathtub, and someone's reading glasses by the bed. I was disappointed in my stay at Holiday Inn, they are usually a better hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was dirty, there were towels still in the tub and someone's glasses were by the bed. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Good all around hotel, enough to keep coming back to it as a preference when possible. For my purposes, business, this hotel had a good mix of amenities overall and I tried to get it again whenever possible. We had stayed at another 3 star on the night before and this was quite a disappointment. I had already paid for the room and so we just stayed. The carpet in the hallway as well as the room was dirty. After we returned home, I actually read other reviews and they were similar to my experience. The sheets were clean. Dirty carpet, dated, housekeeper knocked on the door and opened and closed the door before I could put some clothes on.
