The hotel staff did not have a replacement battery for the smoke alarm. They just expected me to live with it. The beds were comfortable. Too noisy to sleep, smoke alarm beeped all night. All we needed was a place to sleep, and didn't get that. customer rating 4 out of 5 The pool was nice, but didn't have time to enjoy it. We returned to the hotel late at night and the staff at the desk was rude and shushed us while we were talking in a normal tone. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 It worked out fine for my purposes because I had them put me in a room away from all noise around the pool areas. The hotel staff was very accommodating in every way and I would return given my experience there with them. If I were force to be on the pool side, maybe not so much because I am on business. Plenty of parking. More just personal but this is an older "Holidome" with a pool in the middle of the hotel and those styles are not my favorite.
