Was my second time staying here. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 I was very discouraged that I wanted to add two more nights to my stay and the staff could not give any discounts and they wanted to charge me $75 per night. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. We did not get half of the channels advertised. They also advertise they have a Jacuzzi, they had one at one point but they said corporate made them cover it so they could provide more seating which were cheap plastic chairs. The floor had caved in in several places due to a vending machine problem. It was overall OK for $50 a night but they are crazy to charge more. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness of the bathroom, the size of the pool, no Jacuzzi as advertised. customer rating 3 out of 5 Room was not ready until after 3:30 pm, then the desk called to make sure. When we got in the room, the alarm was blaring, hot as the dickens, and the towels on the rack had toothpaste and hair on them! The bed was not comfortable at all, ice was not available on our floor, we had to go up or down, we have stayed at many Days Inns before and never been unhappy. It was in a good location, and that's about it. They did bring us clean towels right up when we called, and that was nice. Close to shopping/food. Dirty towels, jacuzzi didn't work. Towels were full of toothpaste and hair! Bed was uncomfortable.
