I plan to find out how to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. It was completely unsafe, and not clean. I could understand an older building that needs repairs, but this was just not cleaned. Table lamps on floor. Beer bottle on floor in room Nothing! Service terrible, filthy dirty, mold in pool area, should be shut down! customer rating 1 out of 5 Keep driving! The window had an inch gap at the bottom where it wouldn't close (in the middle of winter), two lamps were missing light bulbs, the alarm clock didn't work, the bathroom was so dirty my 5 year old wouldn't go in to use th This hotel is located right off the interstate, and there is a mini-fridge and microwave in each room. There is dog everywhere you walk outside, the rooms are not maintained, and the hotel is dirty. The bathroom vanity is also ridiculously low. customer rating 4 out of 5
The hotel room was clean. The kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.
