I was very disappointed for offering this as a multi-star hotel with amenities at a price that is not worth what I got. The room was very sparse. The chair in the room was very dirty. The bed has no mattress pad on it and the sheet was so thin, you could see right through it to the mattress. The pool was closed. It appeared that they were remodeling, however everything was dirty. There was no extra amenities in the room, other than soap. This is unusual for a near to full-price room. Also, they said there was a complementary breakfast, but it had cereal and a couple of mini-muffins and was very disappointing. I was very disappointed in the quality. I will not stay here again and will not recommend this to my family or friends. The staff was fairly friendly. It was not clean and everything seemed old and run-down.
