Customer Reviews for Days Inn And Suites Waterloo Waterloocustomer rating 5 out of 5 I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the front desk clerk was horrified to learn she couldn't change it for us in her computer. She felt so badly about the situation that she came with us to our room to spread room freshener into the carpet. She offered to have housekeeping come and do a really thorough freshening, but we weren't able to work with the timing. She told us to talk to the management, who would be there at breakfast in the morning. At breakfast, we spoke with the manager, who was already aware of the situation from the clerk the night before. She was so apologetic (remember, I was the one who screwed up...) and immediately worked her magic to give us a new room, which she had upgraded to a suite. The staff is incredibly responsive and friendly. Very willing to accommodate.
