The continental breakfast was very poor, the coffee was terrible, to sit and enjoy coffee and watch the news, they had control over the remote, couldn't hear the TV at all. Staff working non professional appearance, tongue piercings, old shirts and blue jean. We like to travel for leisure, and was not at all impressed. The room was nice, the location was great for what we needed. I'm sure they re-used the coffee grounds in the lobby breakfast nook over and over again. customer rating 5 out of 5 I loved this hotel.
