The staff was pretty nice, but when I complained about the urine smell in the shower, I expected some kind of compensation. It didn't happen. I thought that was poor customer service.

There were some very rude people drinking by the pool who refused to leave even after the cops came. Didn't get much sleep that night. Then the next Very loud.
