My room had a non-smoking sign on it, yet some time in the past, the room clearly had a smoker in it. This is small town, rural Iowa, with very little competition. The facility wasn't worth more than. I won't stay there again. Convenient location. Overrated and too expensive for what it is. customer rating 5 out of 5 Mid week stay. Nice and quiet. Hot breakfast items could be better. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall, the accommodations were very good. The beds were great and the room was very clean. I would have appreciated a refrigerator. Breakfast was excellent. The pool had not been vacuumed for several days.
