No keyboard for computer; no remote control for television in lobby. customer rating 4 out of 5 Hotel staff was helpful overall. They upgraded our single king bed room to a two queen room in the new hotel wing. While the old section is repainted and updated in the rooms, it had a sour odor. Room numbers in the old building are from for the new rooms. The Best Western website states this is a 100% smoke free hotel. This is apparently NOT true for the old wing and their site should be corrected. The pool is very nice, but could have been kept warmer. The hot tub was closed for 2 days during our 7 night stay, but was nice when it was running. Nice and comfortable public spaces. Original hotel wing is refurbished, but has a dingy smell. Breakfast was close to inedible. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great hotel, very comfortable, great free breakfast. Centrally located with pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the free WiFi and flat screen TV. Also nice that the room came with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave oven. Excellent quality for the price. Friendly staff, and great free breakfast. Fire alarm kept going off all night.
