However, the pool was closed and i had a young child with me that expected to go swimming. Our room door was so difficult to close that when i finally pulled it shut Pool was closed. The room door was so difficult to open and close the security lock flipped and locked us out of the room. customer rating 1 out of 5 It has a complimentary shuttle within a 5 mile radius. The pool was closed with no prior notice, when we checked in the bed had been sat on with the pillows propped up and fast food trash in the trash can. customer rating 5 out of 5 Overall good but I was double charged for my room<BR/>from the hotel. Was close to all the attractions we were attending. Carpeting in the pool area was in need of updates.
