The room was not exactly clean. They could do something to make it more inviting. Very dark and drab looking hotel. Rooms were not the cleanest. customer rating 1 out of 5 Not much. Room cleanliness, breakfast, response to issues - all a C to D! customer rating 4 out of 5 I would recommend this hotel for families or business travelers. The lobby was quite nice but heavy with the smell of chlorine from the indoor pool. It did not affect the rooms. Rooms were nice with coffee maker and nice bath. Breakfast was better than most. It does not have an elevator to the second floor--so plan ahead. The hotel was quiet and quite nice for the price. Staff was friendly and room kept clean. The linens were ok, but not great.
